Kat is a true Orange native! Having moved over 20 times in her life, 10 of them being in and around the city of Orange, she truly prides herself on her firsthand knowledge of just about all of the beautiful neighborhoods Orange boasts. In fact, it was Kat’s experience house hunting, relocating, and eventually reaching the ultimate goal of owning her own home just steps away from Old Towne Orange, that ignited her desire for a career in real estate.

Before Kat’s career in real estate, she was a family law paralegal for over 15 years. Her background in law impressed upon her an organized work style that infuses a keen attention to detail with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, making her a super-agent!

In Kat’s spare time she enjoys camping with her husband and their two Portuguese Water Dogs, playing pickleball with her two adult children, and shopping & dining at the Orange Circle.
